How do you find wearing a 30 band? Isn't it to tight? Just curious as we measure the same underbust?

not at all, i find 32s a bit loose, and if i wear one, have to wear it on the tightest band, and it still doesnt feel right, although tbh, it depends on the brand. Some 30s i find too loose even.
If youre wearing the correct cup size, then a 30 really shouldnt be too tight on you

Oh thanks babe, I'll go bra shopping this weekend and try some 30s. Where do you usually buy you bras from? I take 30s aren't very easy to find?

Well this is all very interesting and varied! lol

I am 32" under bust and 40" on them.

currently in mainly 36D's but am thinking that might be wrong then? cant wait to get measured but i guess there isnt much point until the dropping and fluffing has happened... Have bought several 34 and 36d's to begoing on with as its 6 weeks tomorrow and i can start wearing normal bras. Is annoying how different shops size bras as some of the d's are too small and some seem to big... Talk about confused.com! lol

Sweetcarol, I posted on another thread (I think??) of the measuring system I found to work well, in that one you're measuring a 32GG or 34G...WOW!!

Basically you subtract band size from the fullest part size, and it's one cup size per inch. So you're 40 - 32 = 8. THat's A,B,C,D,E,F,G... (not sure how the sizes go from there in the UK, but you get the idea!)

Also, I've been told you're supposed to wear the band so it's snug on the loosest clip on the back, so that way as the elastic loosens over time, you can make it tighter and bras last longer this way!!

I am 28 inches under, went to la senza today and they said I am a 32 band...!! tried on the bra in my avatar 32 E and we agreed it fits perfectly! I find the band in la senza is quite small to be honest x

I usually get my bras from debenhams. They have loads in a 30, but if youre in london you could try bravissimo too.

I would try a 32FF if i were you
