Sharp needle like pain Empty Sharp needle like pain

I have this sharp needle-like pain on my left boob on the upper pole. I was wondering of this is normal.??? I slept on my side yesterday .. Would that have affected it like that ?

HI dina, I've had that too chick, just on mainly on my left boob. One of the girls recommended ice packs for it X X X
