Sleeping in sports bra?
Do all you post op girls still sleep in your sports/support bra?
Ive only had 1 night in nearly 4 months when i havent slept in it & that was only because one of the seams had rubbed during the day & was really sore. My PS has never recommended to sleep with or without it & ive never thought to ask before.
I Know some girls have said they plan to always wear one at night
What do you all think?

Re: Sleeping in sports bra?
Thanks BlondeBarbie, was starting to think i was abit strange still sleeping in it, its kind of become my security blanket now, it would feel weird to sleep without it.
Can i just ask why you still sleep in yours?
Your choice or on advise of your PS?

Re: Sleeping in sports bra?
Im going to ask my ps this when i see him and see what he suggests, ive heard its best to sleep with a sports bra just to support them, keep them in place and stop saggin, im sure women without implants should too! I cant imagine not sleeping in mine either x
Re: Sleeping in sports bra?
Not strange at all hun mines still like a security blanket, the times i havent worn it ive felt like my boobs arent protected lol.
My ps didnt say anything about sleeping in my sports bra, he just told me to wear it day in day out for 3 months. That was last August & I still wear it at night x

Re: Sleeping in sports bra?
Ooh this is a good question for me to ask my ps. I hadn't really thought about this until now...
It makes sense to me to wear it as much as poss, but on the other hand I've heard of some surgeons saying not to wear one atall with unders as it can delay the implants from dropping into their pocket! Seems like a bit of a minefield and I guess all we can do is do as we're told by our surgeons!

Re: Sleeping in sports bra?
Im not keen on the idea of not wearing one, ive heard alot of girls arent these days but i would be worried about bottoming out. My implants dropped into the pocket in about 3 weeks, so do most girls. The ones that have the stubborn implant that doesnt drop is probably not down to the sports bra but because the textured implants might have 'stuck' to the pocket x
Re: Sleeping in sports bra?
I stopped wearing mine about a month PO. I found it uncomfy and stopped me sleeping.
I think my OH prefers being able to cop a feel during the nigh too!
