how do i complain to transform??
Hi girls im still unhappy with the results of my surgery...No lower pole, all upper pole :(
i feel embrassed about anyone seeing my boobs from side on when im naked cos they look so unusual, and i dont wana be another botched surgery statistic! I obvs shud have had a lift :(
i wanto formally complain to Transform, i have already had a surgeons second opinion and my patient co0-ordinator was aware i wasnt happy.
But i now wanto list an official complaint and get the ball rolling. Any ideas how i do this? much thanks!!!

Well the best thing you can do is call them up, tell them you want to make a formal complaint and they will have to give you instructions. I work for a local authority and I know that with them you get the ball rolling with writing, then you go through 3 stages and if you still are not happy with their response or what they offer you, you can go to the ombudsman x

Re: how do i complain to transform??
Jen im so sorry to hear this, you should always start by writing an official complaint that will get the ball rolling, obviously you can contact them to let them know thats what your doing, Did you go for a second opinion at the same clinic or elsewhere? what did they say? x x

Re: how do i complain to transform??
i got the second opinion at transform too. the surgeon agreed with me but seems to think that when my implants fully drop, the lower pole will push out. I know what he means about that, but my impants have already gone so soft, n tbh i cannot see that happening. its pretty obv i shud have had a lift xx

Re: how do i complain to transform??
Oh Jen Im so sorry to hear this. I know you weren't happy right from the start and you were so patient in waiting for 'something to happen' and for them to change. Im really sorry it hasn't happened.
I think you should ring your pc immediately and ask her what the complaints procedure is; every company has one, especially a cosmetic surgery company. If she can't tell you what the complaints procedure is then ask to speak to the clinic manager; she has to know.
They legally have to give you this information and at least if you do it correctly and follow their system from the start, then you're not wasting any more time. If you are not satified with their response or feel that they are taking too long, then you have every right to copy everything to the ombudsman.
Let us know how you get on hun xxx

Re: how do i complain to transform??
thanks for your help! ive just given them a rang and spoke to the clinic manager. he was really nice to me and syas he can see that ive had a second opinion, and he doesnt no why i was given one without a letter of referal or something from my surgeon! lol. but he said next step is the get my surgeon to look at them and confirm i need a re-op and if he doesnt agree, then he can refeer me to a second opinion with another surgeon at the clinic. thing is, i obvs already had a second opinion from another surgeon and he said he can see what i mean but he thinks they still need to drop.
so anyway...i have an app to see my original surgeon on the 29th oct and hopefully he will just say, yep, u need revision. BUT I DOUBT IT! i bet i will need to go for another second opinion. But its kind of hard fro my surgeon to say they look great when they look so odd....anyone who is above newbie stauts is welcme to see my pics. They look okay in some and horrid in others :(

Re: how do i complain to transform??
Jen I still had your password in my inbox, so I had a look hope you don't mind. I looked at the 3 1/2 mth photos and I actually think they look good!! From your message I was expecting to see a pair of awful boobs and I really don't think they are. However, when I look at your pre-op picture I would say from that that you should have been offered an uplift. As other girls I've seen with similar 'before' breast had an uplift too. So maybe this is what is making you unhappy, because you know you should have been offered this? Sorry if I've confused you even more, but that is my honest opinion. I guess if you had an uplift, then an uplift your boobs would look 'fuller' than they do now and maybe this is what you are after. If you're not happy tho keep on and them and demand a re-op. You have paid a fortune for these and you're the 1 who has to live with them, no-one else. xxx

Re: how do i complain to transform??
thanks for that tracy, girls all your opinions count as a lot. plxz tell the truth tho, i can take it! tracy, i agree in some pics they look okay, but i am sitting lovely and straight with my shoulders back n it majkes it less obvious. If i sit with a little slouch or basically just relaxing, it is way more obvious. I am gona put some nwer pics on there and then take a look again.
just gona do them now! so give me half an hour girls and i will give u all my password :) xxx

Hi hun, sorry you aren't happy still. I hope you can get it sorted. I think you have spoken to the lovely Kay on here, I'd send her a little pm maybe she can give you a few pointers. I wish I could help hun, I am crap at complaining about anything
Re: how do i complain to transform??
You need to contact them in writing to get any kinda reaction out of them hun......you can call them as much as you like but they will keep fobbing you off untill it there in black and white.

Re: how do i complain to transform??
Hi Jen,
Could I see your photos please? I have booked for a doughnut lft and implants, but 1 surgeon said implants alone would suffice- although I don't believe that! So I could compare your before pics to me...?
