Needles!!!
ok I can't believe as a woman that's given birth WITH an epidural, pethidin jab etc I'm asking this lol, I'm terrified of needles, having an anchor lift and BA at riverside with dr khan at transform .. do they give you any other injections apart from the anesthetic ? and do u have to have stitches out or are they dissolvable ones? eek I'm such a wimp n need to get a grip!! xxxx

Re: Needles!!!
i was given just the needle in my hand for the anaesthetic and a drip (and it hurt more than normal, even the nurse looked sorry!) but i was so busy looking at everyone and everything as they got the operating room ready and was thinking does my gown look okay (silly i know!) and OMG i forgot to paint my toenails that iut didnt hurt to bad, and i normally almost pass out with needles! apart from that theres nothing else i was given through needles.
i was given stitches that had to be removed after a week, and i panicked just the thought of him pulling them out made me feel sick but they were still completley numb!! i didnt feel a thing and as i was lying on my back i couldnt even see what he was doing so it was better! dont worry about anything, take everything in your stride, its certainly not as bad as you think!!

Re: Needles!!!
it depends on the surgeon what he will use, but either way i think theyll still be numb so you wont be able to feel them coming out!! and STAY AWAY from youtube & google lol can really freak yourself out watching the surgerys and things that go wrong to a minority of people!!

Re: Needles!!!
When I had my uplift hun, the only needle I had was the one in my hand for the ga. My stitches were dissolvable, I'm not sure if Khan uses dissolvable or not. Try not to stress, although easier said than done, it will be fine hun. xx
