Hey Monkey, loving your videos, what a fab thing a learnt from the video how your surgeon gave you a balloon to blow up. How is that going, are you finding that easier? x

Thank you so much! I'm so happy to post them for you girls! The balloon helps SO much! It makes breathing so much easier! It's definitely strengthening my chest and stomach muscles, which also makes it easier for me to sit up now! I highly recommend it! I blow the balloon up every two to three hours. :)

Hi Ya Monkey, I think I'm going to try the balloon thing as well I;ll defiantly be asking my surgeon in regards to that one Lol :D XX
