Hi like every woman on this site I am wondering about what kind of size am I going to get with the size of implant chosen. I am 5'4 106-110 lbs, with 32 C cup breats naturally. The surgeon has said the largest I can go is with 325cc hp. The placement will be partially under/over and through the crease. What is the size I could hope to achieve with this?

I had 325cc hp overs and I went from a 32a to a 32dd. Xxx

It depends if you are a full c now or if you have empty tissue to fill. Could be about 100cc per cup size so as long as you have no skin to fill you could go up to a 32d or more or less, depends how your body takes to the implant.

Why do only D cups get a double? You don't get a double B or a double c? xx 325cc hp 267328

I never understand AA either, thats smaller than a regular A isnt it? xxx

And yes AA is smaller than A. I do agree that's weird.

Bra sizes are just a major confusion in general to me! God help poor men ever trying to understand them! They would have no hope!! xxx

This is where i start to get really confused with the bra sizes! hmmm AA smaller than an A then DD bigger than a d!...and then there is the band size..thats another one to me to lol..unless im brainless!!

Was this what you wanted to do Peggysue?

Even a P.S can not guess what size youll end up, which is why they no longer work in cup sizes and talk in cc's.

You can have girls with the same Stats, have the same pre-op size and have the same implant profile and size come up with completely different post-op sizes!

My advise would be to try on the implants and choose by the cc size that gives you the look you like , then go up 1 size to make up for the volue lost once the implant is in you...........
