Can we still feel lumps or will it be very hard, didnt think about this before i had implants?

Hi
Yes i think it will be harder to feel for lumps, my surgeon told me this in my consultation, and she also said if you ever go for a scan on your boobs you should make sure you tell them you have implants as they can use a differenet kind of scanner.

Just need to focus more on the scan - look at my post "Thermography as an alternative to Mammograms" - especially with overs, this can be very effective in diagnosing early!!!

I assume it would be more difficult to find lumps or bumps, but im sure there is a way around checking.

It is actually easier to feel lumps in your breasts with implants as the implant pushes the breast tissue and is a smooth surface so when you check your breasts a lump will easily be detected. Although be aware your breasts can feel lumpier around your period. It's mamograms that implants can be in the way of, but you have to make them aware of the implants so they can take more photos.
