I'm feeling sad. My PS has just phoned me up to discuss the size of my implants. He said that since I'm having an uplift I'll have very little skin left to fit a large implant. He wants to give me 295cc CUI low profiles. They have a width of 11.9cm and my BWD is 15cm. I've asked if he thinks this will mean I'll look odd and have really narrow boobs, but he said that he'll centre them. I don't want to pay all this money and need to have them redone cos they look stupid. He says I should get a Full C or D cup.
Since he says I'm getting the CUI's and not the INSPIRA soft touch I've paid for I phoned up my clinic to ask about the price difference. She said that she didn't know, and that my PCC was on annual leave, and that she was going on hers from tomorrow, so I should phone back on the 7th October and they'll tell me if there's any refund. Hubby is away on his hols, thankfully he's back tomorrow cos I need a hug, but I'm stressed and upset now and wondering if going with Harley Street was such a good idea sad smile

It could be last minute nerves hun. My PS decided on the profile and just asked me what size I wanted...I trusted his judgment. BUT if you paid for a higher-grade implant you should DEFINITELY get a refund. Why not do some research yourself and find out the difference between the two? Or you could be sneaky and call the clinic and ask how much the op is for CUIs and then tell them you want the difference between that and the INSPIRA you've paid for.
good luck hun!

Thanks ladies, i'm feeling a little better now. Probably is a bit of nerves. I already know I'll be a little disappointed with the size, but there's nothing I can do about that.
I'm thinking that if they say there's no price difference, then I'll ask for the soft touch in 310cc they have almost exactly the same dimensions so there should be no problems. Think I'll take your advice alexandra, and give the main call centre a ring and find out the difference in price. Don't want to phone my clinic cos she knows me by voice lol xx

Awe huni. I'm sure everything with work out just fine once you get a hold of him/her on October 7th. I looked up the price differences from a few websites, and it looks like the INSPIRA soft touch is between £500 and £550 more than the CUI's...

Aww hun your probably feeling nervous, im sure the ps is doing everything he feels is right for you, and defo bring the implant thing up again as you are spending alot more on the ones you asked so therefor they should use those or give the money back you paid extra.
