Hey girls,

I'm one day post op and my 34d sports bra has been getting tighter throughout the day because of the swelling so we just cut up my old bra's to make a free bra expander with the old hooks and catch until the swelling goes! My boyfriends just sewing it up now! : ) xxx

Great idea, I have a whole bag full of bras from DD-B all the sizes I went through after finishing breastfeeding. Think I might sew a few up pre op xx

I've already had to tighten it up today so I guess the swelling is starting to go down again! Saved £4 buying a bra that will be too big soon and made use of bra's that are destined to the bin!! xxx

Great idea for expanding the band size.

Yeah I feel really good, it's less painful than I thought. I get a bit stiff after sitting down for too long but I've been taking gentle walks and keepin up with my pain meds and feel pretty good! Xxx
