Wierd feeling!! Empty Wierd feeling!!

Hey ladies
I started back at the gym a couple of weeks ago and yesterday I finally plucked up the courage to start running on the treadmill!I ran for about 5 mins all was good and they didn't move anywhere!but when I was doing my cool down the bottom of my boobs started tingling and feeling fuzzy,wierd huh.has anyone else had this??

I am also concerned about this, my surgeon said i could run from 4 weeks if I felt ok but if I wasn't sure to wait until I saw him at 6 weeks. My appointment is Friday so I will ask him more about it then.

I have an Ab king pro machine (ab machine with full back support). I put it on the easiest setting and did 50 sit ups last night just to see whether I could build up so I can step it up a bit next week, no odd feelings so far but I am extremely paranoid about over doing it and messing things up!

Maybe it was just due to your blood circulating... I'm just guessing tho. I ran the other day when I picked my kids up from school. I was wearing a normal wired bra and OMG... The bounce was incredible. I was totally unprepared for that lol.
