The actual cost of the implants
What I can't understand is when you ladies say that the surgeon is bringing 2-3 different sizes of implants in the op room.....if implants costs like £600 how does the surgeon make money from trying different implant in people?
I suspect that the surgeon would not dare put an implant in someone, decide it's the wrong one then wash it and put it back to use in someone else?
I know with sailing it's different but...silicone...well I don't know

Re: The actual cost of the implants
My PS uses an inflatable sizer which they can put in the pocket inflate with different mls of fluid, they use that to gauge which size will be best and then remove it, open and use the implant of that size, hope thats what you meant?! x

Re: The actual cost of the implants
I didn't really think about it like that to be honest, I chose 375cc but my surgeon said they would order 300 & 400cc as well so he can ensure they get the right look. He said it as if they always do that so I just assumed it was normal practice and part of the price??!! I guess they must use sizers in that case!
