synmastia repair and happy

hey all

havent been on for a while but I am now 2 days post op my revision op. If any of you rmemeber I had my exchange from tissue expanders to implants in July and noticed they were too close straight away. At 7 weeks post op i seen my surgeon for a follow up (monday) and he said its not gettin any better lets do i this thurs! I was so excited. So I had my 495ccs high profiles swapped for 450's and open capsulectomies. He stitched along the inner cleavage and re postioned the top and bottom.?? i also had lipo on my tummy to transfer to my nipples which ad develped a hollow spot that i hadnt even noticed.. The results so far are soooooo good! I have lovely gap!!!!! Im in more pain than last op but alot of this is my stomache. I fel like the implants look alot smaller though..its onyl 45ccs smaller..but i have alot of swelling so im hopin like last op they settle and fluff out. otherwise Im happier they look more normal!!
