As you get older your natural breast tissue naturally droops, what happens to the implant?? Does it follow suit or do you end up with natural breast tissue round your belly button n the implant stuck under your chin??

If you had unders the implant will stay up high and the breast tissue will sag, if you had overs the implant goes with the skin, bit like a ball in a sock lol. Anyway, a lift for both placements would be needed when sagging occurs.
