rash on breasts
hi just wanted some advice. im two weeks post BA. ive just had a bath and during the bath i was trying to do some massage (which i havent got a clue what im doing!) when it felt like the skin on the undersides of my boobs was bumpy. since getting out of the bath i have looked in the mirror and ive got a rash over my belly, its especially red and rash like on the underside of my boobs and over my shoulders and top of arms.
do you think this is anything to do with the BA?
thanks

Re: rash on breasts
i had like a heat rash at the top of my boobies and it went away but took 2 days, youd be best ringing your ps re your rash and asking their advice to be on the safe side

Re: rash on breasts
ive also had incredibly painful nipples for the past two days! so bad that ive taken to wearing breast pads - it feels like it did when i was breastfeeding - am seriously considering buying some nipple cream!
is this just cos of the op or could it be the bra im wearing?
so many questions!

Re: rash on breasts
I would definitely call your PS - not because of the nipples so much (which is normal) but because of the rash. Could be you're having heat rash, or an allergy to one of your meds.
Good luck
