update & advice please

Hey girlies, I've moved upstairs to my bedroom (don't worry still sleeping upright) and am sleeping a hell of a lot better. Infact yesterday mum had to actually wake me up otherwise I may have slept for 24 hours!! :lol:

Yesterday was a much better day for me and i've lowered my dosage of paracetamol which seems to be fine. I'm starting to really love my boobies but they are incredibly itchy and warm...mum said the itching means they are healing and not to worry.

Today I woke up and my underarms and crease under breast were very achey! I feel like i've got two dumbells on my chest and they are soooooo itchy today. I want to just scratch them with sand paper or something. They also feel very shiny and moisturised even though i've been avoiding that totally and hidden my body moituriser for temptation!!!

OOOH and another update, the guy i met the other night, the totally gorgeous guy who was the amazing dancer. He seems to be really keen and I was unsure about telling him about my boobs, didn't want him to get the wrong idea about me....but I kinda let it slip yesterday and he was totally cool about it. I don't know why i worried, he said "as long as its something you want, why would it matter to anyone else. Bet they make you even more gorgeous"

He wants to take me out but i said i'm out of action for a couple of days....kinda like playing the waiting game but I do just kinda wanna see him now. Any ideas on non-strenuous dates, cinema for a first date is kind of old school so any other plans....when do you think I should go to? I was thinking, book in a hair appoint (coz my maine is getting awfully long and hard to wash) and then see him that evening...i dunno.

Any dating ideas & advice??

Oh and I have some before and after (in dressing) photos if anyone wants to see my bloated belly!!!

ooooh someone seems rather smitten with the 'gorgeous amazing dancer' the waiting game seems good renz, how about a nice stroll in a park to start with, that way you can chat and get to know each other better, maybe take a little picnic and a bottle of wine.
dont let him see your boobs just yet as the 'mystery and intrigue' will make him all the more keen,

Glad you're starting to feel better - from what I've read, itching is quite normal! Skin readjusting and nerves knitting back together ...

As for your guy - how exciting ... CB and MM, a quiet meal somewhere or a little picnic sounds good - from my post-op instructions it doesn't say you can't drink after your op only to avoid booze for 24 hours before surgery. (though obviously you don't want to over-do it!)

Aw!! soo glad you are feeling much better today!! Mum is right itching is a sign that they are healing. I think you should be O.K. to moisturise (not scars) but not massage. Aloe Vera gel is sometimes advised as it is cooling, healing and antibacterial. Each day will be better.

The others have given good ideas for date..nothing too active, where you can chat and relax... he sounds like the best medicine ever... I guess you are not keen in sharing him with us all

You have a fab figure, I know we all notice and feel the bloating in ourselves, completly normal... once it goes it is heaven are you drinking lots of water?

It is strange thinking back to your stage for me, as I feel brilliant, I think once you get to the 6week stage you feel more settled and adjusted to them that you forget they were ever any different.

Enjoy!!! and keep your new fella drooling for a while... good excuse while you heal and get used to them yourself first. xx

Well renz if he goes off you on first date..thats his loss...but hey you might go off him, but,you will have enjoyed the excitement had a date and great motovation to heal quick and I have just looked at the dress ..looks fab..also very comfy and hide the 'sexy bra' I love jersey material and the bow belt looks perfect.. You go girl

The bloating!! are you eating fresh fruit and veg? I took Sennokot or Diculux I think you call them natural laxatives, many of the girls used them...really gets you moving You know what I mean

As for the wrinkly nipple, I would not think it is a problem, if you think what you have had done the implant, skin, and muscle needs to find its resting place.
You are greedy..expecting too much too soon. xx

I would get online, order the dress, prepare your hair, nails etc to make yourself feel good, and let the natural healing process take it's course. Take it easy on yourself

We do not realise how much the excitement and G.A. takes it out of us, very emotional and tiring journey. So plenty rest and pampering before the big day.xx

Well that book has some good tips on how to minimise the amount of time you spend in relationships which are going nowhere ...

Wish it had been around when I first started dating - I could have done with being dealt some hard facts about men rather than wasting my time making excuses for them (Though of course there are some nice guys out there too!)

How are you healing BTW? Feeling a bit better now?
