Hoping for results
Hi all,
after far too many years of being miserable and too many painful shopping trips for bikinis that ended in tears I have finally taken the plunge and am having a consultation tomorrow with a surgeon at Transform in Manchester. Very nervous and excited all at the same time, dreading the idea of taking my bra off in front of somebody - enough to reduce me to a gibbering wreck normally but this is all for an excellent cause
Found this fantastic forum and have been reading in the shadows for a week or so before I found the courage to join. I wanted to say how great it is to be able to read of other people that feel the same and are willing to open up and support others...
I'm not sure if it is ba or lift and ba that I need, will find out tomorrow... prepared and saved for the worst so fingers crossed x

Millie don't worry one bit about your consultation at transform! They were so nice! The patient co-ordinator and the nurses I met had all had work themselves and were so comforting! And when it comes to getting them out you really have already been reassured enough to have the confidence, just explain to your co-pedi Ayer that you feel a bit nervous, I did too but it's so professional there!
Good luck hun Xx

Thanks JBird, the coordinator I saw was great but that was fully clothed! All be decided by this time tomorrow though.
How much does the surgeon advise? Did you tell them what size you want? How soon after consult did you book? Sorry for bombarding you but a bit clueless here.
How excited are you for your op? Nearly there now almost in days hun x
