Hi,

i am currently 36A and have had my consultation with Dr. Khan at Transform.
he recommended 410cc Over the muscle.
I want to be between a D and DD, not any bigger.

i also want the circular look

will i achieve this with the 410cc overs?

You may, I couldn't really say. Have you had other consultations hun? I think it would be wise to try a few surgeons and see who you feel comfortable with. If this surgeon has not made you feel that they can give you what you are asking for then maybe they aren't the surgeon for you. I would do as much research as you can on the surgeons you go and see. If you read bad reviews then there is a reason for it. I would love to give my personal opinion on this surgeon, but I have to remain impartial. All I will say is get other consultations and research all you can before you even put down a deposit.

Hello welcome to the forum. Like misf1 said research other surgeons and get other opinions. I have booked another appointment to talk to mine as I have so many questions to ask from being on this site.

Hiya! I was a 34A and had 410cc partial unders. But i'm now an E cup.

i was a 32 A had 410 and now a E/F! lol although i think i look smaller. shop around for the best boobies u can get x

i was a 36b empty one and i had 475 and i am at moment in d or DD depending on what make bra i wear, i want DD or i will cry!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went to see Mr **naughty word** at Berkshire Independent. I cant recommend him highly enough.............if you wanted a second opinion.
The first consultation is free so maybe worth a try?

He is an independent BAAP PS. If you read James McDiarmid's threads, he recommends these PSs as not attached to any goups who may be trying the hard sell.

It all depends on how u feel, if u felt confident that he can do what you want then making go with him, but any doubts and i would look into other clinics/surgeons. x

I am also having mine with Dr Khan (Transform) in October. He recommended that I have 410cc's hp sils (overs) but I am sure that I could carry off the 460cc LOL!!

I am 5ft4in size 10-12 but with quite broad shoulders and a size 34b at present. I do believe that the surgeon knows what is best for each individual frame but I do not want to regret not going bigger (like so many other girls) as I could not afford to have another op for a good few years!

Have you done a search on the sugeons name on this site at all? I would advise it as its best to have all the facts......And from my own personal experience get a second opinion...I wish I had!
