Re: size question
Good look with shirts hun! I could get into almot everything else post-op in my wordrobe, but shirts No way!
Unless you can find a fitted elasticated shirt, or buy a shirt one or two sizes larger and fond yourself a good seamstress to make it fit you hun, I've actually become very good at altering my clothes since my BA, everything with a bit of stretch in it is fine, but if not, there's no hope for it.
You'll find just putting a few darts into the back of your bigger shirts help though.
Coats are also a nightmare, I have to buy a size or two bigger and only belted coats, so they fit on the bust but I can draw the coat in on the waist to fit me. xx

Re: size question
:) Get a great tailor! It doesn't cost much and when you start going regularly you will get good deals. Most of my size 8 shirts have a gaping hole in the top which should have a label saying "insert boobs here" so I am hoping i will just fill that and not need to visit my tailor, but get it fitted definitely - we are paying a lot to look good, so flaunt it :) xx

Re: size question
do the tuck in hun as its not gonna be as big of an issue getting them taken in if the tuck in?? i'd say shirt wise i'm currently a size 8 and a b cup and have problems with shirts so at a d your gonna need a size 10 at minimum, sorry can't be more help x

Re: size question
Bugger!! In that case, I suppose you're best to go with Rachemsi's advice and get a size or 2 up from what you're wearing now. If you get a 10 and a 12, can you return the size that doesn't fit you?? Or do they make you buy it?

Re: size question
I'd go with the 12 and find someone who can take them in at the waist. Or give it a go yourself with something like this
