yes that is easy enough, not that i am going to do that very often, feel like healing very well now, but need to make sure i dont over do it i think as think easily done

new bra has arrived argghhhh heaven, much more comfy, got more coming 2moz, but have a asda one on right now and so comfy and no digging in :)

i have a asda post surgical bra on, but i keep alternating every few hours with alot of bras as all hurt after a few hours as bands too tight, but got a higher band one coming 2moz morning, so far i have royce bras, shockabsorber bras, and asda lol
