my boobs are disgusting help!!

So here goes im now 4days post op from having 230cc overs. I was 32aa with next to no breast tissue but was advised to have overs by ps even after i questioned about unders!!
Now my boobs look horrible and im so scared i was right in thinking i needed unders.
1st problem, wonky nipples they were central before op but now look crossed eyed!!??
Second problem one boob is bigger than the other
and lastly and most worryingly to me i can see the outline of both implants they literally look like 2 circles stuck on, im a very petite girl with no weight around chest area and i have no natural slope just skinny chest and tuen a blunt step out where the implants are :'-( Im so scared i have paid so much money to look deformed i know its early days but can someone please tell me if they had similar stats and experienced any of this!!
Please please any advice will help im terrified

DO NOT WORRY!! yes you are extremely early days yet so that is all normal ok.

It is basically like two different operations hunni so they wont be the exact same atm.

Due to having not much tissue pre-op, the implant is very tightly held so its giving you that 'outline' look. You just need to wait for the skin to stretch some more so then the implant will drop and settle in the right position therefore looking more natural.
you'll be fine babe. Just rest up, you have much more changes to come!

Aww hun I understand why you are worried. But I have heard great things about your surgeon and Im so sure he will have done a gr8 job!

As TSmith says it is such early days and you have so many changes to come - I know it's very difficult but try not to look at them and study them too much yet. Once they settle they will look so so much different, you just need to be patient. Also, you need to treat each boob as a seperate op so don't expect them to look the same straight away. You have only had small implants and they will look perfect on the frame. I understand why you are upset, but what you see now won't be the final result so keep positive xx

I know im panicking, wasn't expecting such funny looking pair to start with lol i love the size its perfect and just want to be happy as im dying to cuddle my kids and would hate to think im missing out on them if im not completely satisfied after!! I have read on here again and again about how u need to wait for them too settle but not read anyone mention a visible outline early on and freaked! I dnt wanna look like mrs becks.my sweling is almost gone already so im happy im healing nicely and im currently in a 32c sports bra and im normally a 30 back but sticking size up for comfort round stitches! So i have a good size for lil implants!! Sorry im rattling on but its so nerve racking

Christy when I had mine done I had a really obvious sort of 'hump' where the top of the implant started, even though I was a C cup pre-ba, and it did settle down completely. Just give it time and it should improve.

As for being wonky/different sizes, that's so normal at this stage, as they say you've got to treat it as 2 separate operations which will heal at different times, probably 90% of us looked wonky at some stage of recovery.
Try not to worry, you'll go through alot of changes over the next few weeks. x

hi sorry to hear how your feeling i had 260cc unders yesterday so they are high up and strange looking but i know they just need to settle,maybe the reason why you can see the outline is becouse they still need to settle properly as your still very early post op ,im so glad i came across this site as if i hadnt of read all stories of what to expect i think id be worried about the look of boobs to ,congrats on your ba and happy healing x

Oh bless it must be so hard for you knowing what you want to look like.You are still healing and they have to drop yet.My friend had hers done 12 months ago and she said she hated them for the first 3months like you could see the implant but now they have settled she loves them and said all the unnecessary panicking and upset for nothing.It's called on here the booby blues.Chin up and if your still not sure about them contact your surgeon and ask him all the questions your concerned about x x

Hi christy, I would give it some more time because 4 days is very early. If you read the stories in this forum you'll see that it's normal that they look 'stuck on' at first. I think it will help if you ask some of the girls to share pictures with you. The surgeons know what they are doing and I haven't seen one single "before & after" which I don't like. Everyone gets good results in the end. Keep us informed about your progress

Yes hun, as the girls have said you are far too early in your recovery to worry about how they look. I think this section of the forum will help you prepare for your journey ahead

It's so hard to be patient, but I'm afraid it could be months before they start to look like the fab pair that you want them to look like. Also in some cases their appearance can look worse before they start to get better. I would prepare yourself for a long recovery (asthetically) and if they dont take as long then thats a bonus. Mine didn't look that great until about 7 months post op.

I think tonnes and tonnes of girls that dont have much breast tissue to start with have that super stretched skin look and this, coupled with the firmness of the implant before it has any space to relax and drop can give a very obviously fake look.



i didnt have much tissue before my op either - practiaclly none on the top of my boobs, and was really worrried that overs would look faeka dn obvious (I'm taller than you and not as tiny I reckon - 5' 9" and size 8-10 and got 300s over two weeks ago.



Dont look at them. Seriously. i just peeked after day 4 and did not like what i saw that much - although was happy with size.



I reckon when everything relaxes and your skin stretches (moisturise loads) so the implant can drop slightly they will be lovely and soft and suit you brilliantly hun. Just give it time! Look at them with clothes on and try to envisage the shape changing. The implant itself is much softer when not being compressed by skin and will be fine once your body adjusts.



Happy healing babe. it wont be long before they feel and look like they've always been there and you'll be cuddling your kiddies (I already cant remember not having my boobs)

mine r still odd looking now at 4 months, so just be patient babe, n try not to worry as you have so much changing to do, n you will be panicking for no reason!

Your boobs are gonna be just fine the majority of us have the very same concerns early post op and the majority of us have a total freak moment about it too so don't think you're alone sweetie - you're not.

Your healing is normal and so is your reaction, go have a cuppa and a massive bar of chocolate babe! That soon puts things into perspective LOL You just take it easy now sweetie. xx

I felt the same hun and still do some days..I'm almost 4 weeks post op(300cc unders)),,still sore in the mornings and hate them at times...Could any1 tell me plz,,,have ur boobs gone up and down in size from day to day or week to week?? Mine look and feel huge 1 day then next (or few) day later they look tiny like i havn't had BA at all...This is depressing as i think i'm gonna end up just a little bigger than i was!! Thanks in advance for any help on this..xx

Thanks to everyone today i have jus woke up from a much needed afternoon nap lol and read all your lovelly posts and i feel 100% better now!! Think mixture of tiredness and my slightly strange new additions made me freak out this morning!! So glad i have my boob buddies to calm me down.

i hated mine at 4 days post op. its classic boobie blues day. I was convinced id done the wrong thing.
Its all the general anaesthetic etc leaving your system and youre on a kind of comedown and you get weepy and wonder if youve done the right thing.
Give it a day or two and youll be reet :)
