Hello



It is my op on 6th Sept Anything i need to do pre op? 773440 is there anything i need to do ie creams, tables etc before the surgery and also anything i need to get or after?



It still feels like I'm dreaming, eeeeee very excited, I just want to make sure i do everything i can to make the results the best i can. Any advice would be fab pleaseAnything i need to do pre op? 683328

Hi Nat,



I had my op last Friday and I can't recommend arnica tablets highly enough! Take them for three days before the op and 4 days after and it helps with any bruising.



I was in very little pain and had very little swelling!



If you wanna ask anything else, feel free! It's pretty fresh in my mind LOL

Hello Tamsin



Thanks for getting back to me, i went straight out and brought the arnica pills , i have also as silly as it sounds but bin putting loads of coco butter on my boobs hoping t will soften and help my skin so when i do have my op the skin will be that bit more stretchy lol.



I am reli nervous about size and positioning, i am currently a size 8, 5'4, 32a/b. I reli dont want a fake round look with a big gap between my boobs, what sort of size and positioning did you go for and what sort of look have you got?
