I've had overs !!!

Thought the pain wasn't bad enough for partials

Must admit they do look very nice for week old . They going soft already and have never sat high up so dropping nicely.

Went to Marks today to buy a sports bra in my lunch hour as half my wardrobe unwearable with black surgical bra (back to work yesterday boo hoo) and I was measured at a 38E. Good God They don't look that big in clothes. Bought the 38DD for the extra support as they're nice and stretchy & to allow for any swelling to go down, although there doesn't appear to be much of it.. :pale:

Some bad news though ladies. Have been speaking to my Manager today & I'm not allowed to post pictures of myself on the internet. I work in a job where if they got into the wrong hand I could get into a lot of serious trouble - and it would be considered as gross misconduct if it was found out that I had. It's not that I don't trust you ladies but once they're in cyber space I've very little control over them so sorry, can't do it. (Though there's nothing I'd like better than your opinions of my new twins). Feel bad as I've had a look at all yours so I'll apologise !!

Hey hun, first of all congrats on your 38E... although it's still early days to tell but it sounds like you're going to have some real whoppers!!
Shame about the pictures but if that's the case, better not to risk any trouble!!

Hiya Miss Ellie, glad all going well with boobies healing so quickly. One does not show your face so how would anyone recognise you ?!?! - plus you have a different username and then a different password and only let people see that you know ..... I never heard of picturertrail before here and i mentioned it to everyone i speak to and neither have they but obviously you don't want to do anything that could jeopardise you ...shame was looking forward to seeing yours cos you are such a character and you would get wonderful feed back ...

Yes, it applies to RN's. Us NHS'ers are supposed to be holier than though But I won't tell

Had a few jobs, at the moment am a senior drug worker with the NHS so run a few prescribing clinics. You can see where the having to protect myself comes in? I'd be wide open for sure

Aww, Zimbabwegirl would love to share with you but I've got some distinguishing marks on my body which would scream my identity out loud

Fully understand Ellie!!! Done same sort of work as you for many years. You just never know? with people in vulnerable and desperate states of mind. Have to do what is best for all concerned.

I would most certainly abide by policies and procedures, it is a very 'delicate' poition to be in, I had to sign contracts of conduct, confidentiality etc. If I was a client I would expect the best care and service too.

Im also in a job which require ALOT of discretion (primary school teacher-gulp) I was so nervous putting pics on at first so I know what you mean but I figured they cant see my face ect.....and if they did stumble across my picturetrail they need a password anyway. I still get worried though, especially if the headteacher caught me, I'd get more than a detention ha ha. I would still suggest you take pics for yourself though so you can see the changes over the coming weeks and months!!!!
