sleeping with no bra?
Hey girls, just a quickie I'm 3 months post op and been sleeping with no bra since a month or so. I just can't bring myself to put that dreaded sports bra back on even though its just for sleeping!
Does anyone else sleep with no bra on?
Or do you sleep in a bra or sports bra?
Or if anyone has had them for a while that doesn't sleep in a bra found any change or feel like they may sagged a little?
xx

Re: sleeping with no bra?
I slept in a sports bra for quite a while, and for the last 3 or 4 months have stopped, and I haven't had any affect yet... Hopefully it doesn't change because I love sleeping braless... But I am sure to keep them well supported through the day

Re: sleeping with no bra?
I only wore a bra to sleep in for the first month.
After that my PS said it was fine to go without at night.

Re: sleeping with no bra?
I wore a support bra to bed until about 7 months post op, since then I have not worn them, my boobs have not sagged at all (although i have rhino thick skin so that might be why).

Re: sleeping with no bra?
Having quite big implants (410s) I'm very aware that my boobs will sag long before a natural breast and after all I've been through to get them right I'm not taking any chances and will take as much care as I can for them, so I still sleep with a sportsbra on and use a Kush.
There are nights I dont wear anything, which feels fine now, early post op they really ached, but mostly I'll get their armour on and sleep knowing they're well taken care of lol. xx

Re: sleeping with no bra?
Thanks girls! X I think ill start wearing a softer sports bra for night, so I keep them perky ! And that way if I feel I want to sleep with nothing on i won't feel bad! I'm so used to sleeping braless pre op! However I can now sleep on my front again!

I wear my sports bra all of the time and always sleep in it, I'm only 4/5 weeks but I plan to wear it to bed for along time yet,

Re: sleeping with no bra?
Confused. Was told to wear a sports bra 24/7 for first 6 weeks. Didn't realise it might be more long term to stop sagging. Aaargh - hate the bra at night.

I'm sure you'll find it very comfortable as well as practical too, it's not the nicest thing to look at getting in to bed for yourr man, but hey, its a good investment and boobs come first! My hubby calls it the 'WUSH!' one minute you're lying there with sex on your mind, I walk out of the bathroom and WUSH it's gone! hahahahaha
Re: sleeping with no bra?
Haaha that's sooo funny, Bless them dealing with our sports bras and crazy straps etc ! I find that my boobs leaning on each other gets sore so this is great ! Thanks for the tip ! Xcx

Re: sleeping with no bra?
I wear mine 7/24 and dont seem to have any problems with it. My bras are pretty comfortable to be honest, I have even ordered more from the company that sells them, to medical offices. They should be here this week I ordered white and Tan ones Doctor gave me 3 but all were black wanted them in other colors too. I guess I really picked a good one and hes taking care of me

Re: sleeping with no bra?
I don't wear a bra at all, unless I'm wearing a top that needs one. I'm (look at ticker!) years/months po and I think I stopped with sports bras at about 6 months po.
I didn't have particularly big implants so I'll live with it if they sag!
