Hi Ladies

I am new to this site - it was recommended by a friend.

I am booked in to have my ba on Sunday with the Hospital Group. I am still struggling to decide on size. I am very keen to have a natural look and decided on the anatomical implants straight away. I know they aren't for everyone but they are definitely for me! My whole ba is secret. I haven't told anyone (apart from on forums) and intend to keep it a secret.

At the mo I wear a 32c bra which is completely padded out with chicken fillets stuffed inside. I dont want to appear any bigger after my ba - i just want to wear a non padded bra and have the same result with clothes on. I am actually a 32a! I am 5ft 7 and a size eight, quite a small frame really. My surgeon recommended high profile, so I still get some fullness under the nipple. The sizes ordered are 255 and 295cc. Which do you think would get me to a c cup? I dont want to look any bigger than a c. I have also requested that he order similar sizes in a moderate profile as well (just in case).

He has said he will assess which looks best once I'm under. I know I can trust my surgeon, and obviously we can discuss it further on the day and I'm taking loads of pics wit me to help get my point across. Just thought if anyone on here has similar stats they might be able to advise me?

I know everyones pics are different but I'm also really keen to see anatomical "after" pics if anyone doesn't mind, just to give me a better idea.

Congrats on your ba!!! It is so exciting. Your story sounded exactly like mine. I was an aa/aaa cup and I didn't want any bigger than a c cup. I have told no one...just my husband knows and of course the girls here on the forum. I am going in for my second ba next Wednesday due to wanting just a little bit bigger, but more so is the projection. I went with moderate + the first time and they are really flat on my chest. I went with 350/375 and it took me to a d cup. Now I am going in for 525/550 HP to fill out the upper pole fullness. I had my first ba in March of this year and I can't wait to have this one again. I want to be done for a very long time now. I wish I knew then what I know now. I wish I wasn't ever concerned about what others will think or say. (Nobody even noticed and I am pretty sure I can hide the second time around too). You get use to your new assets quite quickly. Most girls wish they would have gone a bit bigger. You can easily hide just by the way you dress. If you want to show them off, you can...if you don't then they are easily hidden in clothes.

hey hunii , i always think if ur scared of being too big, go for the smaller i was scared of bein too small and went for the bigger .... i had a option of 380 or 410 on the day i changed to 410 and im currently an E xx

I think you are going to need to trust your surgeon hun, he will do the best he can to get you the look you want. I had 225cc's to start and that did take me to a C cup but now I have 345cc's and although I'm measured an E cup they do not look like E's.

have ya tried the rice in a bag in ur bra thing? it might give you an idea of which is best. i also wanted the same outcome as you as i was wearing 36 c padded to death bras. i was a 36 aa. i had 330cc implants unders and am 36 d or dd now it sounds big but im quite big built. size 10 and 5.10 so they dont look big on me. people who do not know have not noticed, or just not said anything lol

Hi all

Had my ba today!

I ended up having 245cc medium profile anatomicals. Haha it wasnt even one of the sizes I thought I could choose from but my surgeon changed his mind while I was under.

So far I love them. The size is just what I was after. Not sure about the shape as theres so much swelling and they seem quite far apart! Will this change as they settle?

Either way they are a vast improvement on before. Really pleased they arent too big! xx

im having natrelle moderate and they have ordered me two sizes but i am going to ask if i can go back in this week to choose as confused which size to go for, the sizes was 400 something, i am a b at moment and probably going to a D, my surgeon name began with Z but cant remember his name will have to look at my paperwork :D

was it Zachedu? or something like that...if so Ive heard good things about him. I had natrelle moderate too, but in the teardrop shape xx

yeh that sounds like him, apparantely he is very good. I think i am going to ring them to ask if i can go back to get more advice on size, as unsure lol how is the pain? xx

pain isnt too bad too be fair. ive just had two cocodemol but thats all ive had since the surgery. i feel like my boobs have sunburn thats it!
