researching before my BA, help please :)
Hello girls,
Im Danielle and I am currently saving for my BA, i have started to do some researching early to make sure i get the right implants. I have looked on various clinic sites and spoken to a few over the phone but I decided to join this forum for some honest and non bias advice hopefully some speaking from experience.
I am currently an A cup at best and am hoping to go to a C possible a D which ever looks best (sexy but natural still) probably the C. I am wondering which is the best - safest implants, is silicone the best route to go? I know PIPs are banned and will make sure that i do not end up with them,
Any advice you could give me will be much apprecaited
Thanks in advance
Danielle

Re: researching before my BA, help please :)
if i was you hun, before i think about stuff like this too much, i would arrange a consulatation with a surgeon, and talk about what it is you want and what your concerns r. The surgeon you pick, is the most important thing, and they will be able to advice you on what implant size /type will be best for you.
As you r only an a cup atm, im assuming you will aonly rellyu be offered unders. These r usually used on ppl with little or no breast tissue, as the muscle over the top of the implant smothjes the edges and makes for a more natural appearence. Overs could look fake on you. In the UK surgeons tend to use silicone. It is very safe these days so you rally dont need to worry too much about this.
Hope i have been of some help! :)

hi.
have a look at the after care different places offer, do your research into silicone and saline implant decide which youd like, its really personal preferance i personally prefer silicone ones, i had some silicone ones for 15 years and never had any problems.
you may want to look for implants that are FDA approved- ive just had allegan inspiras which have a lifetime guarentee ( pls look into lifetime guarentee with care as sometimes it is not what it says- its all in carefull reading of the wording!)
As for overs and unders it wil be your surgeon who can tell you best regarding this, if you have plenty of breast tissue he mays suggest overs.
i went from an A cup to a C/D cup with 290cc and they were overs but everyones got differant stats.
please find some piccys of boobies from magazines etc that you like shape wise and size wise and take these to your consultation they are better than saying to men i want a C cup- men are clueless when it comes to cup sizes..even surgeons lol.
visit a few companys and see which surgeon you prefer, dont be tempted to go with the first one when they say we can knock you off £500 if you book now- dont fall for this gimmick i can promise you that youll be able to get more of a disount i got £800 knocked off my re-op.
when you have decided which surgeon you want to go with ring them up and negotiate on the price.
look on this and other forums for people who have had problems with certain companys...these are the ones to AVOID! i cannot name for legal reason but im sure foresting through some forums you will know which large company i mean!
good luck- go get some consultations booked x

Aw hun, by going to different consultations you will be able to ask plenty of question. You will see a PC first then book in to see a surgeon. The PC are always the selling point, its the surgeon that you want to look into. You will find so much info on here too, its a god send. It has helped me so much.
The saving bit may be annoying, but just remember that you have saved up for your new boobs on your own and you should be proud. Youve done something for yourself hun. Im one of these people that if you do it yourself you appreciate it more. xxx

Hey, welcome to the room :) i had my BA a few weeks back i went with transform mr mouinir i had 410cc implants taking me from a 34A to 34E (i like the fake look lol) i had overs because iv had a baby so i had lots of breast tisse but u may need unders , unders have a longery recovery time. i had silicone round implants i went for round cuz i dont like the idea of the implant turning witch is noticible with tear drop ones. and over time the round ones take a natural shape anyway, wen the liquid from the top of the implant slides down filling out the bottom part. Well done on taking the first step on your journey il warn u its an emotinal one lol! but us girls are here to help! xxx

I LOVE YOU! Its so good to see someone putting so much effort into getting the best for herself, it's so important to do the research pre-op, get all the information you can before seeing anybody, so you are at least clued up about what may be best for you, with no rush, just time to make sure you're putting your body into the best hands and ensuring you've done all you can to get the best for you.
You'll find this section of the forum [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] an excellent place to find pre and post-op information, there's some wonderful advice and guidance in there, very worth taking some time to read lovely. xx

Re: researching before my BA, help please :)
i have spent hours on this site already hehe, it has been a god send already and i have learnt so much barbiecan are your implants textured or smooth? I am so excited i cannot wait, but the longer it is taking me to save the more I am learning and making sure i am going the right route :) and cookie i totally agree, sounds daft in comparison but i have built a car myself saving every penny i have and now it is finished and I know it is all my work and all mine and no 1 can take that away from me. thats the same feeling i guess you will get walking into surgery knowing you grafted for your implants but they are yours and you deserve them :)
