Might need Re Op already :(
So I managed to go and see my PS one Wednesday after missing my last follow up appointment.
Like I said a while ago, My righty has rippling and I can feel the implant like its stuck to my chest wall, plus my righty feels really weird at the bottom by the scar all soft like its bottomed out. I love them other than these few problems.
The problem is it will cost my £1000 to have them re done and to get at this cost I have to have them done within the year.
So going back in another 4 months to see if anything has changed fpr better pr worse and that is when I have to decide if getting them re done.
Just dont know what to do now. any advise ladies?
Missed you all loads and hope each and everyone of you are well and enjoying your boobs in your lovely summer dresses xxxxxx

Hi Butterfly2, thats too bad that you may need a re op I hope that it all works out for you, at least it seems that your ps is in agreenace with you on the issues and the price for the re op seems reasonable.
You say besides the little glitches with your boobs you love them, so think how happy you would be with them once they fix the little problems.
Best of luck with it all! x

Re: Might need Re Op already :(
hey hun heres a hug..
i know with transofrm you arent covered with rippling because it isnt a surgeons fauklt, but as you may have other problems, like not being able to feel the implant underneath at one side, can you push for a re op for free?
i may have to have a re op hun, if anything....IM EXCITED!!! cos having a ba was such a fun day! but at the same time, its a little bit annoying when things dont go right the first time round.

Re: Might need Re Op already :(
Thank you for the reply's girls.
I have not had the time to come on for ages and have really missed the support.
I think the cost of having the re op isn't to bad and I am very glad my PS agrees with me about the problems.
What bothers me the most is if I have the re op the same thing could happen again and then I will have to have a re op again but put the implant half under and that will mess with the nipple line.
So many decisions to think about, this is harder than deciding to get the BA in the 1st place

Sorry to hear this butterfly like you say though it's good that Mr L agrees with how you feel, but I understand it must be a really hard decision to make, especially as you say you're not entirely unhappy with them.
Is the cost involved just to cover the rippling hun?

Re: Might need Re Op already :(
I get the implants free and Mr L free.
I have to pay the £1000 for the hospital and staff I will need basically.
The rippling is really bad and has been in my righty since day 1 really. But Mr L can feel it in my left boob to, and pretty sure the pocket in my right is still open at the bottom a little bit and thats why I can feel the implant there.

Re: Might need Re Op already :(
Hi Butterfly2,
I am in the same boat and I am waiting to find out how much a re-op will be. My left has slighlty bottomed out and felt this way from day one and my nipple position is too high because I am so full at the bottom, however I am not totally disatisfied with them infact I am learing to love them the way they are. The thought of having to go through a re-op isn't very appealing so I may just stick with em.
Good luck with it all hun, I hope it all works out for you xx
