What do you wear at night?
Hi,
Just wondered what feels comfortable for you at night as I am still wearing my Macom bra at night and I am 6 months po. I feel I don't need this much support but don't know what else to wear.
I like having the odd night without wearing anything but feel guilty that I may not be supporting the girls lol. Is it ok to sleep with nothing or should they really be supported at night forever now?
Cheers x

Re: What do you wear at night?
Hi Barbiecon, I was told 6 weeks for a sprots bra to during the day but have heard various advice for night time. My ps say's do what's comfy but just wondered if it would be best to keep them supported during the night so they don't go south again lol.

what a happy camper
I am only 3 days post-op so can't advice, but I think past a certain point it is probably personal preference. Even pre-op I had nights when I felt like I needed a bit of support, and wore a tight vest, so imagine there will be nights like that post op as well.

Or you can get vest tops with a "shelf bra" in them... which is just kind of an extra band of elastic running around under your boobs to hold you up and in a lil bit... you could try that?

My mum who has had big boobs all her life has advised me when im allowed to take this sports bra off to buy a sleep bra she said its to prevent getting wrinkles between your boobs which she said they never had when she was younger . They are like crop tops . xx

Re: What do you wear at night?
I still wear a sports bra at night. It's one of those racer back crop things. Really comfortable. I want to hold off having to have an uplift for as long as possible. Don't feel comfortable going braless!

My PS told me to go braless as much as possible!!!! Hoping Lefty will drop into place...but then I worry that Righty might end up on my knee!!!! Oh maybe I can develop a one breasted bra and go on dragons den to try to get them to buy into it!!!! Anyone prepared to model it, please send me your details
