Re: MANCHESTER ARREA
Well Im a 34b at the moment and want to look a d cup, no bigger. I am only short, Im 5foot 2 so don't wanna go too big! Having said that I am not tiny framed I am more a medium build at 8stone 8. Im totally unsure what size to go for so I am going back to see my surgeon on 30th August. I am excited hun, but scared at the same time.

Re: MANCHESTER ARREA
Surgeons will take into account your height weight and starting cup size plus your exisiting breast tissue to determine what size cc you will need to get the desired look you want. So if you have already breast fed and have empty skin to fill it may take you more cc's to get you to a D cup than it would for someone who has no skin to fill and is going from an A cup to a D cup. Weight also is a big part, so the larger the lady the more CC's it will take to get to a D cup the smaller the lady the less cc's it will take. Your breast width also has to be taken into consideration as this affects what size implants you will need and the profile of the implant.

250 ml is a cup. 1 cc is approximately 1 ml. Usually breasts look smaller after plastic surgery . Therefore if you want your breast 1 cup larger, you may want to ask a surgeon to add 10 to 15 percent more volume to your breast implant.
Different implant sizes look different on various women. Therefore, you should not take an example from others, because the same shape and size of an implant will look different on you. The main factors that determine how the breast implant will look are height, weight, chest shape, breast shape, breast width and tissue stretch characteristics.
The largest legally available implant size is 1200cc. However, there are very few women who would choose such a size. Most frequently women choose the size of a breast implant from 250cc to 675cc.
ways to determine what size
Taking a nude picture of yourself from the from and side;
Looking at nude pictures of other women to decide what is too large or too small for you;
Trying different sizes of implants with a sports bra in different clothing in front of the mirror;
Choosing a bigger filling of a bra implant than you like in the mirror. For example, if your like a 250 cc breast implant size, your should choose to have 275 cc breast implant to have the same result as the one in the mirror after plastic surgery;
Consulting your plastic surgeon thoroughly about all the questions that bother you.

Re: MANCHESTER ARREA
I've just had a consultation with Dr Ravi Agarwal of the Castelfield Clinic* in Manchester. He has already performed a rhinoplasty on me over a year ago, so I'm confident with him.
My initial consultation was done through The Cheshire Image Clinic* in Chester, which I've been going to for several years now (I've had botox and fillers there)
Both consultations have been free and have been very informative about the procedures, techniques, possible complications, etc. I'm looking at a cohesive gel low profile implant of 300cc (which should give me a C cup - don't want to be bigger!)
* Sorry, as I'm a Newbie, I can't post links to these places, but just Google the names.

Hey sknox I'm having my surgery on October 17th withTransform! My consultation was at the Abbey Pines Hospital where the surgery will be performed in Wythenshawe!! The staff are so friendly and I felt the most confident with them as I have been for several consultations with different companies!
