Hello,

I am having my reop in two weeks and am thinking of changing the size of my implants. Right now I have 350/375 moderate round silicone, but my ps wants to go with 450/475 hp silicone. I am thinking maybe I should go a fuzz bigger....maybe 500/525 hp silicone. I think he chose the size he did because of my bwd, but what happens if you go out of the measurement a little bit? Is there more concern for complications? ThanksSize vs. bwd 48411

if in doubt,... go bigger to avoid booby greed ..lol.



im sure if you disscus the size with your surgeon and he sees no problems then why not?



complecations can occur with small and lage implants hun theres no hard and fast rule im afraid x

There can be some complications.But since you are all ready stretched out from the first implants,getting the new larger ones in may not be an issue at all.You just don't want to end up with uni-boob.And I think you said before you had unders like me so I honestly think you can go for the bigger size!

I didn't convey my idea correctly.What I meant to say is this:Since you were able to fit the larger width of the mod+ profile in you before you shouldn't have any problems such as (uni-boob which you can get from to big/wide of an implant) from the HP implant.They have a narrower base.The only thing I could see being a problem would be if the surgeon didn't think your skin would stretch enough to accomodate the higher CC implant.But you have had implants all ready so I bet you can go for the larger ones.



I'm so happy your getting your HP's Hun! I can't wait to get my wide flat ones out.I feel so matronly with them in me.LOL!

Thank you springstep!But have you seen my before and after pics?That will show you the big difference and why my implants aren't right for me.
