The D&F fairy is real!!
Yayayyayaay!! I just had to post! I'm about 2 weeks post-op and after a day of questioning, I am now pretty sure the D&F fairy came to my rightie...The fairy was sort of slow, it took 2 days for me to notice something definitive!!!!! WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!
Let's hope she visits again for my left boobie, but I am SOOO happy! My right boob looks great! It has taken more natural upper pole slope and fuller at the bottom!!!

Re: The D&F fairy is real!!
Hi Ladies! Thanks for the congrats!! This morning I noticed that leftie is definitely dropping now!!! I guess my boobies are about a day or two a part in the healing/muscle relaxation process, but I did massage my left pec a bit extra before I went to bed last night, so perhaps that helped.
Rachemsi, I had partial unders 250cc mod + round implants 15 days ago. I have been consistently massaging since day 3 on about 3 times a day, making sure that the dissection pocket remains open. I am not sure, but I think this has helped a lot with the D&F process.
I move the implants up (squeezing from the bottom a few times), move the implants in (using opposite arm towards the center several times) move the implants down, (squeezing from the top a few times) and move the implant out (pressing from the middle several times).
I think this has facilitated the dropping since essentially I am also messaging and stretching my pec major muscle as well as keeping the pocket open! It doesn't feel fantastic, but I think it's good in the long run!
Compression straps also help with dropping...I haven't been so good with that...it is uncomfortable!

Re: The D&F fairy is real!!
An extra note: when you're massaging, you really want to feel your implant moving around in there to all edges of the pocket. Sometimes I make them do a circle around the paremeter...the implant should be mobile. I will say that since I've dropped, moving the implants up by squeezing from the bottom is not as noticable since more silicone has gone to the lower part of the bag, if that makes sense. xooxoxox

FYI: I can only speak for the smooth round implants...I'm not sure how things should feel with textured or anatomical implants, but I'm sure other ladies on here have lots of experience with that!

I have heard that massage isnt recommended for textured. Im pleased for your dropped and fluffed boobies))) i dont dare move mine, they are still a bit sore, i can just about touch them
