white spots on boobs after exercise?! Empty white spots on boobs after exercise?!

Hey everyone,



I just wanted to check if anyone else has experienced this. After I exercise I notice I get hundreds of little white spots all over my breasts. They look somilar to tiny little blisters. Is this normal and what causes it? They normally disappear after a few hours ?!

Is it like a sweat rash Kas perhaps ? I've not experienced this but what springs to mind. If it happens again, I would go to your doctor. Sorry couldn't help !

That could be caused by clogged pores in that area of skin.When you heat up and sweat due to exercise this can happen and then cause red or white bumps.If they go away after a cool shower that's probably what it is.If you put a moisterizer or oil on it before you exercise this can make the pores even more clogged because it will trap the sweat in rather than letting it come out naturally.

It sounds like the sweat is causing the problem. I don't think it's anything to worry about!

Hey I posted about this a while ago ... "tiny blisters"

I found it looked like tiny milk spots or something but if I rubbed them thy went away ? I'm still not really sure what they were and I haven't seen them again in a while ? I wonder if it was maybe excess liquid or air dissipating fom te implant pocket ? Xx

yeah my sister who is on here said there was a recent post on it but i could not locate it. I shall do a search for tiny blisters now and see.

hey just checked out your post there on tiny blisters. I noticed you were very soon after your op when you exercised. Whilst it has been october since my op , I only had a reop on one breast 2weeks ago. Maybe its just too soon after surgery. Think il just lay off the exercise for a while.
