Re: wich ones to go for
I would get the advice of a surgeon...which one they think would be best for you body - it would depend what look you are going for and how much breast tissue you have etc.
I always thought that I wanted teardrop (thought it would give a more natural shape) - but after speaking to my surgeon he said definately round because they will keep a better shape/look fuller.
xx

I know you are saving at the moment, but maybe you could go for a free consultation somewhere to give you more of an idea of what a surgeon would recommend for you, then you could research this before you start your proper consultations.
Re: wich ones to go for
Most of the time its the ps's preference, but in somecases the teardrop suit someone better who doesnt want too much upper pole fullness... then others dont want teardrop due to the risk of them turning.
There are also thoughts that there isnt a huge difference because when the round implant is in the body and gravity takes its toll the implant is fuller at the bottom than top anyway.
I originally thought I wanted teardrop, but my ps doesnt use them...I got moderate profile rounds and I think they have a very natural look and I am very happy with them. x

Yes,the moderate rounds definately look natural! That's one thing I really love about them. And so far, they gave me a nice upper pole fullness. They really do give the breast a nice youthful look in regards to the shape :)

I forgot to add that I was told if you get anatomicals with an under the muscle placement, you can't tell the difference between them and a round one.
Here is a good link that describes implant choices:
