Disaster
Hello I don't know if any addicts remember my post from a while back bout my itching but I am in hospital now. My boobs looked amazing I was starting love thema and
So was my boyfriend. On Monday night I was in the cinema, and starting shaking very nervously. When the lengthy film had finished my forehead had beads of sweat on it and I took my temperature it was forty. I had very serious chest pain and I thought I was probably going to have a heart attack.
Y boyfriend proper me up to a and e and I didn't get seen for some three hours. I had a serious temperature and shakes I explained about
My recent augmentation and uplift. They examined my breaat. No one
One in and e and was a expert so no alarm bells were ringing at this point. I was kept in a and e they did every test poss I had war and urine infections too.
My white blood cell count was through the roof. They admitted me
Onto a ward for the night put
My on iv
Anti biotics, a resident surgeon came
To look at my boobs, she said I may
Not loose the infected implant it could just be. Skin infection as there was only a slight bit of redness and leaking. The next morning Which for me was a couple of hours a hue res patch had spread across my side and back I was inagony and my temp was through the roof. I got a ambulance after a wait to another hospital
More specialized, there was no way I was going back
To my original surgeon I was way too I'll to travel that far. Lots of specialized surgeons came to see me, and the big boss he was honest I probably was going to have mys inplant taken out, but he would not take the other out at this point I was past vanity and agreed to the huge amount of asyemmetry coming my way, the morning came and my health was getting worse I was shaking and has a fever my surgery qA rhe next day. I was getting a lot of tight chest pain at this point
And generally was very scared. By the tome of my surgery I wanted them to take both out I hate them now they scare me to death. He disagreed, he said it would also be dangerous to create another wound. So we went ahead the surgery was very I was told about half an hour I awoke crying my eyes
Out for my partner. I looked down and it looks horrible exactly like before bit worse because my other boob is a f and my deformed
One is a aa. I have to remind myself of all the women who are so strong
And have breast problems and cancer and for this I feel very selfish. But I am
Still devastated and feel a hundred times shyer than I ever did and I am still on sieverts
Robes. They don't know when Im coming home I have bad cheat pain and back pain. I miss my little girl so much. And we have had to cancel our holiday. Anyone had a similar experience? They said they advise me to be safe and wait six
Months to get another, I don't think this is too bad and I have to learn
To be brave xxxx

Re: Disaster
hey hun, so sorry to hear what u are going through.
I had a straph infection (think thats how its spelt) and i had mine in for about 5weeks, had the same really high temp, sweating like a pig and ichty boobs. then my implant started working its way out the wound.
i got told it would be about 6months to wait to have them but back in, had to see him at 3months and he said they was ready to go back in so few weeks later i had them put back in.
It will feel like its dragging for first few weeks, but honestly it wont be long before you have them put back in.
I really feeel for you as i can remember what it feels like, but the main thing is your ok, and u will get your perfect boobies. chin up babes xxx

You poor thing what a terrifying ordeal, I am glad to hear you are ok though and that the problem has been detected and is on the way to being solved.
Chin up sweetheart, six months may seem like a long time but it will fly by and the important thing is that you are HEALTHY and recovering.
Cannot imagine how upset you must be, my thoughts are with you Stay strong!
Much love, BK

Re: Disaster
Oh sweetie sorry to read about your ordeal. I'd love to know how tour getting on, and I commend you being so positive!
I've just had it confirmed I have an infection and have been given 3 days to rest and see if if clears up. I'm terrified for the obvious reasons but also wonder how long the recovery is? Im contractor and im starting to worry about money if I need all these other surgeries.
I hope your doing well and getting a new implant soon.
Love kimi

Re: Disaster
Sorry to hear what you went through, it must of been especially hard with a little one and all the plans set to a halt, I too had this happen due to staph infection.. they dragged it on for 12 weeks with 2 surgeries performed in that time to remove, clean and re-insert the implant to no-avail -the wound kept opening up and i was eventually told it had to come out. For "insurance" purposes and sense of security I requested the left hand side implant remain, 6 months later they did fix it, thankfully this was the last surgery and everything went A ok.. I then fell pregnant 8 weeks later and later welcomed my happy healthy baby daughter into the world. Overall I would do it again but defenitely via a diff surgeon - my treatment early on in it all was very poor and dismissive until i was leaking litres of fluid. Anyways again - moving forward - they look better now 3 yrs on than they ever did and altho the scarring is more severe than the left side I am still very pleased I did it and changed my AAA cup status.
