Im a bit upset bout my new boobies. I'm happy with them and I really know theyl change but my back is killing me even when I'm trying nit to slouch and my left nipp is double the size of my pre op right nipple size. And I tried a bra on again. Its 32d the back rides right up the middle didnt sit.

Oh poor you. My back is killing me too. I feel a bit better if I lie flat on a hard floor on my back from time to time - I try to relax my back into the floor then if it's possible for you, hug yourself by crossing your arms across your front and gently raise your head. I get some cracking clicks down my spine that way and it eases my pain a bit.
