I'm looking online at Bio Oil and am just wondering what size bottles people bought? They have 60ml 125ml and 200ml. How long did you use it for? Xx

Hey hun. I think Bio Oil is something handy to have in the cupboard as its also great for things like stretch marks too. Just get the biggest you can afford and lash it on - but remember to only start using at 6 weeks post op as there could be risk of infection in your scars if you use before.

My PS told me to start massaging and put moisturiser on incision a week following my first week check up post op (ie 2 weeks post op).

I am using Bio oil, am i in danger of having an infection?

Am a bit worried now...

PS you can also use bio oil for your face before you go to bed. Its very nourishing and even skin tone.

i was told to start using it on my scars 2 weeks post op. Bio oil is serum for scars and imperfections such as acne marks, they'll probably have similar products in the states :) xx
