I had my 2nd consultation yesterday and I'm 100% sure about getting my BA done, with who and where! It was funny how different my ps was from the 1st time. He was very serious and mostly talked about all the risks the first time but this time he was really chatty and I had a laugh with him. I wonder if he's like that to test whether youve really thought it through?

I've just got to decide on what size I want now. He said to do the rice test and to let him know what range of size I want. Just got to get a sports bra now. I'm also really happy that he uses waterproof dressings so no issue with showering!! Yay!!

Sorry for this turning into an essay, I'm just super excited!!!! Cheerleader

It's good that he went over the risks with you the 1st timwe you saw him.That way you can be clear on what can happen just in case.Let us know what size you decide on.How exciting for you!Let the fun begin!

Congrats! I booked just over two months before and it really does fly by.. especially if you're going to be busy!

Enjoy the wait though.. it's all part of the journey.

Thanks, I couldnt really do it any earlier as I had things planned!

Glad I've told my mum now although she wasn't over the moon about it. I think she's hoping I'll change my mind. I got a txt from her saying "I love you the way you are" bless!! I've been talking about it for the last 8 years so I think it's about time I did something about it! Xx

Yeah she's lovely, she recacted excatly as I expected, horrified, intrigued, accepting then trying to change my mind! It must be worse for her as she hasn't looked into it as much as me, she didn't know id even concidered it before and she lives abroad so she won't be able to see me afterwards! I'm sure it'll all be fine, my surgeon is awesome and I think im pretty well prepared after spending hours on this brilliant website! I think she'll come round in the end xx
