Hey Chan,
Think i am doing well, today was very painful. My girls had a b'day party with all the commotion the event manager the etc etc it was hugely expensive and i ended up in a lot of pain and really exhausted.
Not sure mine gone down at all. Seeing my PS tomorrow so will know progress.

Cant wait till tomorrow.

Will update on my return.
