about a month after my ba i found a lump near my left nipple. i went into panic mode thinking i had cancer. went to my ps who thought it was blocked milk duct but to see gp to be on safe side gp confirmed it and said it should go in time. no such luck just got back from gp as boob was getting sore and had green goo coming out of nipple panic mode again i now have an infection in duct :( on antibiotics lets hope that sorts it
thought i let you girls know just incase anyone else gets this and that a lump does not mean cancer

I'm so glad you posted this, I noticed a lump in my boob a few days ago - tried not to panic much, I've breastfed twice before and this same boob still produces a bit of milk. Hopefully this is the cause of it, I'm massaging it like crazy now lol Xx

there's loads of non cancerous things lumps can be... eg duct ectasia (as this is), fibro adenomas, breast cysts, breast abscesses, fatty lumps...
