How long does it take to discover your final size?
Hi Ladies,
I am just going through some posts from post op people and notice that a few weeks later you are still waiting to find out your final size.
How long is it normally before boobs settle into their final size?
Is it true that your boobs may be smaller immediately post surgery and then go up a cup or so a few months later? How is this?!!
Sorry for being stupid, I am only just on the exciting path to boobies and have loads of questions!
Oh and apologies to admin/mods - I have been updating my profile this morning and went to add my current bra size, only to find out on here that my measurements were the 'old style' so promptly went and measured myself according to the new method and came out as a 32b. Have always worn a 34a and mostly they seem to fit fine! Confused!! So apologies for the numerous changes, lol I am either a 34a or a 32b...... soon to be improved!!!

Lol dont worry about the changes. We're all always learning new things on here. It can take up to a year to get the finished result. Most go get measured or fitted for a bra once their surgeon has given them the go ahead to wear under wire. You'll notice on here a lot about fluffing what this means is that your new boobs can change size even after being measured about the 6 week mark. They change a lot over the months because when the surgeon squashes them in there is no room for them so the skin and tissue and muscle (if you have unders) is holding the implant down. As it relaxes your breasts look more natural and fuller and this sometimes results in a cup size or more increase.

Oh thank you so much for explaining! I was wondering what 'fluffing' meant. Ha, such a newbie! ;)
