Hello hun welcome to the forum.
Don't think there is anyone on here who had their BA at 17 but these a few girls on here who were 18/19 when they had their BA's. It is natural to be nervous but you will be fine babe. x

Hiii Gemmalou,
I'm a few weeks off 21 and had my BA last week. I still feel like I'm 17 though haha, if you have any questions or anything feel free to ask away. Don't think you can private message yet but I will keep an eye out on this topic if you do have anything to ask!
xx

Im not 17 but I am 18. I havent had my BA yet but slowly getting there having my consultation next week. So excited to have new boobies but scared too. Its normal to feel nervous sweet doesnt matter what ages you are. I know people who have had 2 or 3 ops and they are still nervous the 2nd or 3rd time round :) xx

i had my first one done when i was 17!!! i had it done at bupa by Simon Lee but not on the NHS, who is your surgeon? i was offered mine on the nhs by one surgeon because i had 'deformed breasts' which i was later told by Simon Lee that he didnt have a clue what he was on about because i def didnt have deformed boobs, which personally i dont think i did either??? anyway, he pulled out 6 days before my BA which was heart breaking and i ended up with simon lee, no one else would have me at 17. i found my recovery really bad, alot of people say this was due to my age, but 5 years down the line and i've found out i've got a really bad grade of CC, so having them re-done this august :D so maybe thats why i had a bad recovery? not sure, no one really tells me anything lol

Re: any teenagers having or had BA?
i hadnt told anyone about my situation for years!! i first noticed i had asymmetry when i was 11 when my left boobie started growing and my righty didnt :( Im now full B (left) and small A to nothing (right)
Just the end of last year my sister managed to make me snap and tell her what was going on... then she told mum and mum rung the doctors STRAIGHT AWAY to see what we could do.
About a week later we went to the doctor who looked at my situation and couldnt diagnose anything (eg cancer etc etc etc) so then referred me to a specialist but i was put on the waiting list seeing as my surgeon is also a breast cancer surgeon too soooo its higher priority for her cancer patients.... about 2 months later i got a letter saying a had an appointment with the surgeon :D
i went to my appointment and again got examined, she measured me and then told me that the best option was to have surgery.. told me about sizes, implant types, incisions etc etc....... im getting anatomicals BUT she's using sizers - (have you heard of them before??) i trust her with size but im hoping to achieve a Full C/small D!! :P
ummm no, i havent heard anything about seeing a psychologist..
