Re-op 360 to 545... big difference???

having my re-op done in august, still deciding between transform - mr Chan-c-ack (haha thats not how you spell it but i think thats how you say it) or hospital group - mr hassan, i've only met mr hassan and i'm really keen on him so far, but meeting transform in 2 weeks. i want to go quite big because i've never been happy with mine, ive always thought they were too small, and now iv got CC i've got an excuse to get them re-done bigger! i'm a 30E at the moment with 360 so just wondered what you all think the difference would be to have 545 put in? the lady who i saw at hospital group was really helpful and put implants in my bra to see but it didnt really help as i had a padded bra on and implants in my body already...... also any feedback on hospital group? i've seen lots of bad stuff about transform but was only swayed towards them before because alot of my friends have been there so iv seen the results and they havent had any problems, i only know one person whos been to hospital group and shes really pleased but would like to hear some more good stuff about them :D

My surgeon, Mr Singh, is known for his reputation of using larger implants. He was with Transform but now works with MYA, as far as I was last aware. Couldn't fault him, he gave me exactly what I wanted. I even tried to push for bigger implants, but he wouldn't give me them as I'd end up with complications.

As it happens, he was one of the first surgeons Jordan had (before her MAHOOSIVE boobs)

oooooo i got told her old surgeon used to work there and iv seen quite alot of avatars with amazing boobs and underneeth his name! mr hassan at hospital group said 545 was the biggest hed do on me or id get 'armpit boob' which i found hillarious x

I'm sure that would be a huge difference hun. I don't know anything about THG sorry.

oooo you went with the surgeon at transform i'm seeing in 2 weeks, was he nice? not awquard? are you pleased with the shape of yours? my friend went with him and had 525 and hers are lovely x

i went with transform and wanted 525cc but my surgeon said they would look fake and i had 460cc xx

really? yours are really big aswell (without sounding like a perve) how tall are you and what clothes size? i'm 5'9 and size 8 so he said i'd look ok x

I had 525cc with mr singh in 2009 went from a c/d to a ff/g. Mr singh is def the man for bigger implants. lol. x

He's very quiet and straight to the point. I am very pleased with mine, the shape and scars are brilliant.

OOOOO may ladies Help.... I am currently a 34-36 C and I told my PS that I wanted to be a 36DD and he said we should us a 600-650 and now Im pretty concerned due to where you all are at!!! and I DO NOT Want arm pit BOOB (LOL) but want to have cleavage and bigger fuller boobs :)

be guided by your p/s hun he knows your body shape and size and will give you what youve asked for, cant really compare yourself to other peoples stats as there are girls on here that have had 380cc implants that have taken then to F cup, my sugeon says i will need at least 655cc to get an E cup....every one is different, im 5'6 size 12 but like i say stats dont mean anything so let your surgeon guide you hun x
