Re: implant moving!!
Have you been back to your surgeon hun? You really need to complain if you are at all unhappy, there are a few girls on here that have had to complain themselves and I am sure they will be able to help. Unfortunatly I don't know what is wrong hun, it may be worth asking one of our resident surgeons to see if they have any experience of it.

Re: implant moving!!
Misf1 is right, you need to make an appointment to be seen by your surgeon, as you're only 1 year post-op this will be free of charge with Transform.
Before you go, write out a detailed account of all your concerns, take someone with you if possible to give you some additional support should you need it, allow them to read through your notes so they too are very aware of your concerns, they then can pick up on any points you may forget, or if you get upset, which sometimes happens when you're discussing problems they can take over for you, telling your surgeon how you feel.
Be sure your surgeon writes down each and every concern you have, this is VERY important and don't be shy of asking your surgeon to read back to you what he wrote in your notes, they won't refuse, it's your right to know babe, so do check that everything you say is what is written.
If you aren't happy with the consultatation, you need to speak with your patient co-ordinator about using the complaints procedure, this is there and in place for you to use should you need it, so if you're not happy babe - use it!
If your PCC isn't available ask the receptionist for the address of the clinic manager, this will be Lindsay Mullins. You then need to write to them detailing all of your concerns, how your surgeon has dealt with them and the reasons why you're unhappy and now writing to them. This is why ensuring your surgeon writes your concerns down is so important, it those notes the clinic manager is going to read and take into account before giving you an answer...
If you do need to use the complaints procedure, don't agree to anything before letting us know what the offer is as very often Transform will not offer a full refund for a re-op but part payment, if this happens refuse!
Let us know how you get on babe and if you need us for anything at all, we'll be here for you.
