all booked and paid for now have tons of Q's :(
[b] I'm getting my BA on June 26th but i'm beginning to worry that i can't find any info about my surgeon at all, not a **naughty word** bird, been trailing through web pages hoping to see his name but i haven't apparently he is a nose job specialist have i shot myself in the foot and went to quick on booking?
i just thought after 11 years of waiting to get them done i should pull my finger out and finally go through with it.
also i'm worried about people noticing i've had them done, I'm having them done to make me feel better not for people to judge me which i know some memebers of my family sadly will
lastly i'm worried my surgeon hasn't understand me, i wanted to be a DD i'm a 32/34b but have a wide back he suggested 410cc but everyone i've spoken to on different sites have turned out massive with these implants....i'm more confused then ever.
my stats are
Age 29.
size 12
weight 12st
height 5'8
currently a 32/34b
having 410cc
unders
nipple incision
surgeon will be Mr Gabriele Borghini at Transform
All i want is to be happy, i'm scared i'm gonna talk myself out of itand regret it for another 11 years :(
Can anyone help me with my concerns?
love dee

Hi huni, if I were you I would book a 2nd consultation. Explain to your pcc that in the excitment of it all there are alot of questions you forgot to ask. Once you meet your surgeon again you will be able to explain to him again what you are hoping to achieve and he will be prepared on the day of the surgery. It's too late by then, so go and talk to him.
Good luck xxx

Hi Dee, I would have to agree with the comments from Hopeful and Tracy and that's to go back for another consultation. I'm having my BA this Friday and went back three times before committing to the op, although it doesn't stop me feeling nervous about it now it's getting closer.
This forum has been brilliant in helping the questions I had about what to expect before and after and the ladies on here are so lovely and are always there to give advice and support

Hun my surgeon told me (I was questioning about his experience on my ba day) that all plastic surgeons HAVE to do breat augs before they learn anything else. So the fact that he has specialised in nose work tells me he's ok. And also Transform being one of the most popular choices of clinics I doubt they pick someone who is not the cream of the crop.
Re size- I had 410s and I currently measure a FF/G but I look about a DD. The surgeons do know their stuff though hun. I asked to be no smaller than an E. And in all honesty wish I'd asked to go bigger!!
But I'd recommend u go back to see ur surgeon again just to re talk about size and express ur concerns. Xxxx
Good luck and congrats on booking xxxxx

Did you research your surgeon hunni? check his medical qualifications? you can do this on the GMC register.
It's so important you do your own background checks and check for possible patient reviews also, try typing your surgeons name into google and see what comes up and only if you're happy with everything you've researched and confident with the consultation should you press on with the surgery...
If you're unhappy at all and feel you may have rushed and I'm not saying you have, this is your decision sweetie, I'm sure there will be a cooling off period for you to take advantage of should you choose to cancel right now and give yourself a little more time to research.
also i'm worried about people noticing i've had them done, I'm having them done to make me feel better not for people to judge me which i know some memebers of my family sadly will
They don't matter, they can say what they like, it's not going to change how you feel once you've had your BA sweetness.
Just ignore any negativity, even if it is from family, if you're happy with who you are then who is anybody else to judge that - Just enjoy the new you babes.
lastly i'm worried my surgeon hasn't understand me, i wanted to be a DD i'm a 32/34b but have a wide back he suggested 410cc but everyone i've spoken to on different sites have turned out massive with these implants....i'm more confused then ever.

Honestly - That does seem a large implant when you're only wanting a DD cup sweetness, but I'm no expert and I have no idea how big YOU think a DD is.
I wonder... do you have children? is it possible due to any sagging that you may need this size to 'fill the breast'? If this is the case you need to talk further with your surgeon, as always, if you have concerns, go back until you're happy! it's not uncommon to request a second consultation to go over sizing again before your surgery - You really must be 100% sure that you're happy and comfortable with the size suggested hun.
The best way to ensure yourself and your surgeon are both reading from the same page is to take in pictures of the size and shape breast that you like (Nuts mens mag is a good place to look), showing your surgeon a visual so he can see exactly what you want from your surgery best helps your surgeon decide how many CCs would be needed from an implant. This is because your surgeon works in volume (CCs) not cupsizes, so when you asked for a D cup, bare in mind your surgeons perception of a D cup 'may' differ very much from your own.

Arrange an appointment for a second consultation babe, whilst you're waiting research your surgeon and ensure you're happy, if after all that you feel more confident then all will be just fine sweetie, your surgeon should help to take those fears away and reassure you that you're gonna get as close to what you ask for as possible...
Do let us know how you get on Dee. xx
Re: all booked and paid for now have tons of Q's :(
If you're not comfortable with the surgeon (and y=only you can decide this) then you're well within your rights to ask Transform what other surgeons they have on their books at the moment. I know surgeons change from company to company so he may be a new addition. Check BAAPS and the GMC to see his credentials and if you'd prefer to go with someone else then let your PCC know.
Re: all booked and paid for now have tons of Q's :(
Just a little something to help. I was a small c cup and had 400 unders put in and they are in no way massive. I haunt been sized yet but I would say an E cup that looks more like a D.
Take pictures to your surgeon of the look your going for.
Also my surgeon also specializes in eye lifts as well. He did a great job and I couldn't be happier.

Hey hunny, congrats on booking after waiting so many years to pluck the courage up and do it. And so what if people judge you there most probably only jealous, your old enough to make your own mind up about your body and the way you feel about yourself, so honestly dont be bothered what people say.
Also i honestly dont think you will be massive with your stats and size of implant, i think they will be a nice size. one thing also is fake boobs always measure bigger than they look, so if some measures a f they most probaby only look a dd. good luck with everything and if your unsure about your surgeon book in to see him again xx

Re: all booked and paid for now have tons of Q's :(
conratulations on booking...seems like the scariest thing EVER!! but your almost there to a happier more confident you!! I think its a case of feeling secure and confident in your decisions with surgeon, implant size ect. So as the other girls have said.....get another consultation!! Plenty girls have 2nd or 3rd consultations, and no one will think your petty to do so either. Your spending a lot of money and its your body...so make sure you r happy.
I understand you will be going in tho, uncertain of what to expect...will all did, and its not as scary as u may think it might be.
I was a 34c, had 460cc and now a 34ff...but....i def dont look it!!! I have before been a lovely 34e, but i feel like my boobs look the same in size now as they did when i was a 34e!! When the labels clearly say otherwise. And this seems to be the case for a lot of people. Fake boobs tend to look smaller then real ones of the same size...i think its to do with the shape of real ones.
So, speak to ur surgeon again,a nmd all in all, try to trust their opinion!!
good luck and please let us know what u decide!!
