Anyone else put on weight after BA?
Hey, I had my BA 9 weeks ago and within 3 days of having my boobs I'd put on about 5/6lbs but i knew this was normal for some girls due to swelling and anaesetic etc.... however Im a bit concerned as Im now 9 weeks post op and weighed myself this morning and Im 8lbs heavier than I was on the morning of my op  I started going back to the gym 3 weeks ago and ive been going 3 times a week and eating reasonably heathy but cant seem to lose my post op weight!!!!
Has anyone else had this problem? do you think its possible implants can effect your hormones?! Or maybe it's my age, im 31 this year! lol.. never had a problem losing weight before, I've had two children and was back into my jeans within 2 weeks of having both of them so I really cant understand it! It's making me miserable, I know 8lbs doesn't sound alot but im only 5'4 and quite small built and i've been tring soooo hard over the past few weeks to lose it

I've put on a stone! Im happy though as i needed to, i think my weight gain is down to stopping smoking and eating more! You're on the right track going to the gym hun im sure you'll lose it in no time

A couple of pounds will be the weight of implants if that cheers you up a bit?
I spose your body does go through a lot with a BA, the stress, emotions, GA, healing etc etc so give it time and I'm sure your metabolism will get back to normal x
