Sorry me again....

Just had my consultaion with Mr Nathan very happy with him however he has advised 340-380. Not happy about that but he did agree to give me the 525s even tho he said they looked to big for me... would show under my skin and would ripple, have taken this into account and I agree so am looking at either the 410s or 460s due to everything Im favouring the 410s how ever they recon these will take me to a d cup and I want to be bigger than that... Omg I dont know what to do now. has any one on here had the 460s or 410s what size where you befor and what size are you now ect?

Im that confussed Im half considering just forgetting all about it.... I want bigger so I can see a differance, but i can see my self waking up and saying what was the point in that grrrrrrrrrrr

hi hun, i was a 34c, saggy after losing weight, and had 460cc took me to a 34ff/g. did ur surgeon say weathjer 460cc would give you rippling?? what dress size r u? im a uk 10 xx

I was told the bigger the implant the more likely the chance of rippling. Also when holdig the bigger implants agains me they kind of stuck of out at the sides. I just dont want to be a d cup :(

Aparently I dont have a huge ammount of breast tissue and the width of my boobs isnt huge so the larger implant ie 525 would protrude and be visible. Im a size 8-10. Il get some pics up shortly so you can see if that helps.... He also said I had a natural droop (but nipples are where they should be) but there is no need for an uplift. Im on a real downer now ... If I go for the 410s or 460 and only get a D im gonna be **naughty word** off (sorry language) He said a 525 would take me to a E maybe but he doesnt do cup sizes so not 100%.

hun, some girls on here had 425 from an a cup and turned out big, like an f!! typr stats into the search bar and just hav a look. I ould have thought in the 400's you would easily acheive a dd/e, but im no surgeon. Have a look at stats hun, u do sound petite, and i had quite a lot of breast tissue alrready. would love to hav a look at your pics sweetie, will giv me a bettr idea of why he said that xx

OK sweetness, this is your first consultation, you need at least to see one more babe so you have a couple of consultations to compare with one another.

If the next consultation is the same, stop... take a deep breath and think straight.

Stuff massive boobs if they're going to be causing complications and have make your skin thin sweetness, they'll look awful and you'll be setting yourself up for a whole load of trouble.

Now, if a 400CC has been suggested and would be the least risk of a possible complication, think about it... 400CCs IS A BIG IMPLANT! You're certainly NOT going to have small boobs with that size hun.

Now, if you DO decide after your surgery that this is too small, then you set your boobie fund up for your 'next' op! Many women have to slowly go up in sizes over time to reach their desired size, but it does mean further surgery and it will be to your cost, but is achievable and a much 'SAFER' way of getting what you want. You give the skin and muscles time to stretch around the first implant, then give it a year to 18 months, you could 'possibly' then try to go bigger.

All's not lost sweetness, OK you're disappointed you can't go as big as you'd like 'right now' but it's not unacheivable in the future and you will get a nice result from the 400s.

Put your health FIRST sweetness, it's not worth having a whopping pair of boobs if you're going to then be at HIGH RISK of having many ops to repair complications caused by them.

I saw Mr Meleagros last year and he said 525 would be fine but then again I much prefered my consultation with Mr Nathan today... The PC also said that she had seen ladys similar to me who have had the 525s the ladys are happy but in her opion they looked very vainy and stuck on.... Im toying with either the 410 or 460 I just dont like the thought of just being a D when I have been bigger naturally grrrrrr.... Mr Nathan said the 340 or 380 but I know he can be quite reserved with sizing ????

It's ultimately your decision hun, but the complications aren't something you want to ignore if your surgeon is stressing the risk babe just for a pair of big boobs! You'll be far more disappointed with a pair of veiny ugly looking boobs full of ripples that you'd probably be far too ashamed to get out, than have a smaller pair than you might have liked but a pair that you can be proud of and they would look good.

As I said, if you want BIGGER in the future, it would be possible, but you'd need have a re-op later to increase size 'slowly' and 'safely' to ensure you put yourself and your body through the least risks possible. xx

cookies making a lot of sense, 400cc is big!! i imagine u wud cum out much bigger then a d, but at the end of the day, u can go bigger, but sounds like it needs be health first, smaller implants first, then mayb re op in couple of years if u can, and r still not happy xx

You dont sound dis simula to me and judging by ur av pic Id be more than happy (I know we are all differant). I cant get my head round the fact that both sergeons have been completly differant in there opions. Last year Mr Melegros said the 525s would be great and wouldnt cause a prob at all ect...... But hey ho Im definatly not going for those, Just need to decide 410 or 460 and In fairnes tried on they didnt look that differant .... Cookie have u some pics? x x x x x

There is a big difference between the 410 and 460 hun, I've had both, so I know LOL. For MY frame the 460s were far too wide and made my boobs look HUGE! I didn't like how they looked at all, so when I needed a re-op after a rupture I downsized to the 410s. Still have big boobs but they're much more narrower and 'fit' my body shape better.xx

I must say I have to agree with cookie on the sizing issue. If you really want them bigger the you can do so in stages, but you never know you might end up the size you wanted from the 410/460cc
I was tempted to go bigger than 410 but my surgeon advised me against it, said you would be able to see the implant (aka the posh spice look) and have visable rippling. I was hoping to be a DD, he said at an estimate I might also end up an E, but they can never tell you a definate size. I ended up with my boobs being exactly as I wanted them. I'm glad I didn't go any bigger than my surgeon was comfortable going.

Im going back again tomoro to see the nurse so am gonna ask for her opinion also lol, after having 2 completly differnt consultations Im so confused.. I have just thought tho how can he tell if I dont have alot of breast tissue when he never actualy measure it (been watching youtube) he just looked lifted and drew on me lol.... Last year Im pretty sure Mr meleagros measured me but I cant 100%remeber tho just remeber him taking lots of measurments with funny tools lol..

Did he pinch your skin with his hands?

Maybe a 3rd consultation with one other surgeon might help with the decider sweetness.... xx

Im kind of buggered and messed up I so wish I had found this forum before I decided. Iv already payed and booked in I know Im completly stupid and should never have done it but I guess we learn from our mistakes :( x
