Re: No bra
That would depend on the instructions you've been given by YOUR surgeon hun?
You may hear/read a lot of conflicting advice that other ladies have had from their surgeon, but that's for THEIR recovery hun based on their healing, you paid a lot of money for YOUR surgeons expert advice on your post-op recovery for YOUR healing.
If you've been advised to wear your sportsbra for a specifc length of time, then if you want to get the best from your recovery to ensure you get the boobs you payed for you should listen to that advice from your surgeon and follow that sweetness.xx

Re: No bra
You're fine if you've been given the all clear babe! don't worry about it.
It's up to you, but I wouldn't go braless everyday as just like a natural breast you still need support, but going braless from time to time whenever you want to now is your choice - Enjoy it babe, I know I do! xxx

Re: No bra
yeah, i wouldnt walk around bra less all the time, as gravity will start to do its thing..fake or real!! so ide save it for when you r wearing tops and dressing that wud normally require awkward bras....n dont wear one!! well, thats what i plan on doing anyway..its up to you tho obvs :) xx

Re: No bra
Yeh you can go without, but I wouldn't do it often. My surgeon said to wear a bra as often as possible to avoid sagging - in his words "gravity is against you now because of the weight of the implants". I actually still wear my sports bra to bed and if I'm just slobbing around the house.

Re: No bra
I am about 6 or 7 weeks post opt. Right after surgery I wore a bra day and night. After about 4 weeks post opt I decided to go braless for a day and my boobs felt just a little sore when I got home at night, but the next morning I discovered a tiny stretch mark above and slightly in front of my right armpit!! I was so mad at myself because I associated it with not wearing a bra. I'll never know, but I really think that's what it was. I've read that it could as stress on your skin if you don't give it enough time to adjust.
