Mr Gabriele Borghini & implants through the nipple

Ive been to see Gabriele Borghini today at transform. He wants to do 410cc partial unders but he prefers to do them through the nipple wtf

He said its up to me and he can do any incision i choose but he prefers this method as he thinks it leaves a nicer scar. Before seeing him I hadn't even considered any other incision than in the crease. Has anyone else opted for this type of incision and how the hell do they get the implants in because my nipples arent that big? (i should have asked him that really but i didnt think) and does anyone who has had this incision have any pics of their scars that they wouldn't mind sharing?

Also has anyone else had Mr Borghini as I cant seem to find much on him. Ive googled him but everything that it comes back with is in italian

We have a few members here sweetie who have had nipple incisions and I'm sure they'll be along soon to offer you further advice.

I have had mine done vis the nipple. Only just gone one week post-op but my previous was via nipple and seemed to heal well! Takes time and looks odd at first. Actually mine was uplift so more scarring. My friends implants are via nipple and I can't see her scar at all! x

A friend of mine had hers done via the nipple and when she showed me where her scar was (years ago) you couldn't even tell she had the surgery.

Hi, the scar is usually invisible, but u can't breastfeed a baby afterwards

I'm sure there was a discussion about this before, Hattie, our mod might remember better than I as I'm sure she herself has a nipple incision had had this discussion, but our BAAPs reg surgeon said something along the lines of...Going through the areola does put you more at risk of damage to the
nerves and milk ducts' and may' cause problems breastfeeding, that's not
to say it 'will' though. I recall one member I 'think' her name was cas*28 [edit] yup, it is, just checked) breastfed just fine after having a periareola incision.

Like with all BAs there are risks you must consider and something you should discuss with your surgeon but going through the aereola, doesn't necessarily lose you the option of breastfeeding later should someone choose to. Mr Gabriele Borghini & implants through the nipple 48411
