Hi JC your boobs look amazing! how many days post op is your avatar??

That was at 11 days, thank you. Their changing every day I've been taking a pic every 2 days and there is a difference just about every time they look just a notch lower and a little softer. I just wonder how much they drop? July Buddies - Page 12 267328

I made myself so sick worrying I was glad when they put me out and I would stop! I defo know what you mean. I was a nervous wreck! You just have to trust your doctor. You won't even know what happened once you get on the table you just wake up look down and there they are. Just keep in mind the first day they are swollen and look nothing like what they are going to look like later. Mine looked like two traffic cones at first then they started to slowly move down thank goodness!

Post by Lucy4 19th July 2011, 8:06 am

Today's concern is whether I am wasting my money and putting myself through unnecessary pain when I currently wear a DD anyway... Last time I was measured 2yrs ago I was 32E and although I know they shrunk a bit due to weight loss and exercise I didn't want to end up with HUGE boobs that you really can't hide for work etc. So this morning I decided to measure myself and I'm a 32C!! Wow, where the hell did they disappear to?!? It's no wonder I lost my self confidence...

Long story short... I now feel fine to ask my PS to just replace what I used to have and what I was used to for many years!! Panic over, admission form completed and posted bk - I'm ready to get my old boobies bk!! Ha!! 12 days to go and counting!! xx

I'd do it all again in a split second as well! Much less of a scary experience than I thought and I feel LOADS more confident...even 3 days out! Congrats to my July buddies!!!

10 days left to wait and I'm getting very impatient... I've definitely had too much thinking time now!! One day I'm nervous and the next I'm excited, here's hoping I get an excited day on the 30th July when I'm on my way to the hospital!!

Good work on the not smoking Amy Jane, luckily I never started but the health benefits of giving up before your surgery are massive - much quicker healing time :-) xx

Moongal - how many days post surgery is your photo taken? I have lots happening in the time just after my op (wedding, christening and birthday night out!!) and I need to consider suitable outfits but don't want to have boobies on show if they are still looking a bit freaky with the swelling...

If anyone else can help that would be great too :-) thanks ladies x x

Did I make a big mistake? Three days post op, didn't have the op I thought I was getting! Was meant to be unders from 34a to C or D, seems they were overs and monsters to boot!! Now worried about CC and numbness in the left one! Help!

? Hey come on now calm down ... its only been 3 days.... lets see what we can do . Take a deep breath first ... now u have the same surgen as me ... and trust me, i dont honestly think he wud do something that was not correct for you. He only likes the natural look. U will have one boob which is more tender than the other ... its perfectly normal. My rite one is more tender and my left one is making gurling noises now n then ... it happens so dont be alarmed. He wud of put ur implants where he thought was best for the best result ... in both short and long term . U dont want to going back in 6 mths havin them redone. The surgen we had , has a top repurtation... hence i went with him. Give it time to settle ... u will see wot he has done is correct to get wot u wanted xx

Ninaella

I'm pre-op but on the basis that I have researched every single thing about BA I would say not to panic! 3 days is such a short time and your body has been through a lot - there's bruising and swelling to consider.

Hopefully a post-op will put your mind at ease asap but I would certainly try to keep calm. If you are worried then you should call your surgeons office as they will no doubt be able to put you at ease...

Everything I've read and a friend who's had BA also told me to KEEP CALM when you see them because they will settle down and look less alien as the days go on.

Sending you cyber hugs

Yes bigger than I thought they would be. but some must be swelling! thought I was having unders and have overs! I think I'm feeling a bit low on the confidence stakes etc.

Mio321, I bet you were mortified! but at least it's out there now lol hope your ok about it?

New to this and so excited to have found this forum. Thanks to everyone for their accounts before, during and after. 3 days to go for me and I'm toasting farewell to my fried eggs as my last drink. May have a last ciggy too (although I have strictly given up for the recommended 2 weeks I don't think 1 would be that disastrous). Nervous, excited, scared? Not sure how I am feeling.
