Hi girls, so today....just now, I got elbowed in my right boob, it hurt just initially, but feels fine noe, im only 6days po so im worried my implant may hav ruptured or th pocket may hav got ripped

Don't worry sweetness, you'll be just fine.

There's no way an elbow to the boob would cause a rupture, I know when my implant was ruptured I feared so much this would happen again, one of the nurses at the hospital really put my mind at rest explaining to me just how robust the implants really are and if you have an early rupture you're just damned unlucky!

She told me about a surgeon who placed an Allergan CUI in the carpark and then in his car, he ran over the implant leaving the implant fully intact!

So worry not gorgeous, you've nothing at all to worry about. xx

I'm sure you'll be fine hun, they are pretty sturdy things, they have to be. I was forever bumping into things with my new boobs and mine are fine.

Hey hun, ouch. Apart from feeling sore i'm sure your implant is ok. As the girls have said they are pretty robust just try avoid any more elbows lol. Hope your feeling well after your surgery other than the bash to your boob xx

Hello there Jen86- at a about a week post-op my son accidently kicked me in my boob,OMG it was agony.........but after a few achey days my boob was totally fine hunnie 8-)
